Pineapple Salsa
- 1 can petite diced tomatoes (undrained)
- 1 can corn (drained)
- 1 can black beans (drained)
- 1/2 bunch of cilantro, chopped (I prefer 1/4)
- 1 (20 oz) can of pineapple tidbits (undrained) (I like to cut them in half)
- 1/3 c. Italian dressing
Mix all ingredients together. The salsa is liquidy but really good.
